Loved the serene location away from the hustle and bustle but still easily accessible with a short taxi ride. the staff were wonderful and accommodating, especially the friendly front desk staff. the pool and beach area were kept clean and with plenty of seating. Free Wi-Fi in each room was super convenient.
It would have been nice to have more variety in the on-site restaurant, although the food was still great. the beds were a bit too firm for my liking but the provided mattress pad helped a bit.

Located in a mostly residential area on the lagoon, Wivc Coral Mar offers a peaceful and quiet retreat away from the bustling hotel zone. With the beach just a short distance away, you can easily enjoy the crystal, clear waters and soft sandy shores. the hotel's convenient location also allows for easy access to everything Cancun has to offer, from exploring ancient ruins to swimming in cenotes. the rooms are spacious and well, maintained, offering comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and stunning views of the lagoon. the friendly staff provides excellent service, and the on, site restaurant serves delicious breakfasts to start your day.

Great location, just a short walk away from everything. Lovely staff and an amazing on-site restaurant. Plenty of space in the room for my family. The travel agency was very helpful, and our guide to the excursion was excellent.
The mattresses were quite firm and uncomfortable, and the Wi-Fi connection wasn't great, but it served its purpose. it was a nice place to stay for New Year's, and it made our vacation a lot more enjoyable.
